Short description

Spend one day in Nin – the oldest Croatian royal city, the salt city, the city which hides The Queen´s beach and the smallest cathedral in the world. After that feel the beauty of Zadar and St Donatus church and get inspired by the tones of the world-famous sea organ…

Let us make your day special and find out more…

 Itinerary

A private tour means that everything can be customized to your needs and desires. The advantage of a private tour is your own minivan, your own driver, your own excursion… no timetable, no hurry… just a day with plenty of miraculous things to feel, explore and to bear with you… Tell us about your desires, your favorite occupation, your expectations… or just indulge our intuition – we will make it perfect. One of our ideas is as follows:

07:30 Departure from our meeting point in Trogir/Split

10:00-11:00 The story of salt Nin

1After our departure at 7:30 we go directly to Nin – the oldest Croatian royal city due to coronation of Croatia´s kings in the 9th century.

The guide will take you on a walk along the salt pools and you will be presented the way of producing natural, ecological and therapeutic salt.

11:30-15:00 Free time in Nin for sightseeing and beach time

2Among many breathtaking things you may be fascinated by the remains of the Roman amphitheater dating back to the 1st century, the remains of the Roman house, the statue of Bishop Gregory with his magical big toe which makes wishes come true, the smallest cathedral in the world which is only 36 steps long…

There will be enough time to swim in the waters of Queen´s Beach or improve your health with medical mud (peloid) near the same beach.

15:30 – 17:30 Free time in Zadar

3On our way back we will have a 2 hour stop in Zadar.

Feel the spirit of Kalelarga, the main and most beloved street in Zadar.

During a short walk you will have an insight into various attractions: on the one hand historical places such as the Roman monuments dating back to the 1st century AD or the church of St. Donatus and on the other hand modern attractions like the Sea Organs or the installation Greetings to the Sun.

After you have seen and heard Zadar, taste it with the obligatory coffee in one of the bars along the entire old town.
