After we receive your inquiry, we will provide you with the prices, availability, all the details and terms of a potential reservation via our e-mail.
In order to book the accommodation, it is necessary to pay the deposit depending on the conditions of the selected accommodation facility. The balance payment needs to be paid within the specified period according to the rules of the accommodation facility. The total payment can be in advance or on the day of arrival at the accommodation, depending on the rules of accommodation. The Passenger will be informed about the payment conditions of the accommodation at the moment of confirming the reservation. In the event that the Passenger does not pay the remaining amount of the reservation within the agreed period, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation with prior notice to the Passenger.
2. The price
The price of the accommodation service includes the basic service as described in the price list for the reserved accommodation unit. When booking private accommodation, the price usually includes the cost of electricity, wi-fi, water and gas, bed linen, towels, and all additional services that are listed as such in some descriptions of accommodation. If there are some additional services requested by the guest, which are not included in the basic price, they are available with prior notice to the Agency but also a surcharge to the service provider and therefore the Passenger pays them on the spot in cash in accordance with payment instructions specified in the Agency’s offer. The Passenger is obliged to request or announce additional or special services when booking accommodation.
The Passenger is obligated to leave the premises clean and tidy before departure, regardless of the final cleaning charge set by the proprietor. Final cleaning includes washing and stacking of dishes and trash removal.
The rates listed in our offers and programs are formed according to agreement made with our contractors and do not necessarily match the rates stated on the spot at the accommodation unit in which the Passenger resides. Possible differences in rates cannot be subject to complaint.
The maximum number of people should arrive at the booked accommodation unit as indicated on the documents (voucher).
If the accommodation is indicated as a Pet-friendly, the guest should announce the arrival of the pet. For some of pet friendly accommodation units an extra fee is applicable which needs to be paid on the day of arrival directly to the service provider.
3. Obligations of the Passenger
The Passenger is obligated to have valid travel documentation, respect and abide by all customs and foreign exchange regulations of the destination country, respect and abide by all customs and foreign exchange regulations as well as the laws and other regulations of the Republic of Croatia as well as other countries through which he/she passes through or resides in. Enquire whether or not he/she requires a visa for the destination country as well as neighboring countries. The Passenger is due to abide by house rules of the accommodation unit, present the voucher to the service provider and pay the balance of the reservation as stated on the travel document (voucher) to the service provider on first the day of arrival. If the Passenger has an intention to arrive with more people than listed as the maximum capacity of the accommodation unit, he is obligated to inform the agency immediately upon sending an accommodation request, even if the person is minor child. The possibility of staying with a larger number of people solely depends on the goodwill of the accommodation service provider and does not exclude additional payment. There are no rules under which minor children can stay free and without notice in the accommodation unit.
4. Cancellation of accommodation
In the event the Passenger wishes to change or cancel a confirmed reservation he/she must do so in writing (via e-mail). Changes or cancellations by telephone are not permitted and will not be accepted.
For cancellations of private accommodation services, the cancellation charges are as follows:
· for a reservation cancelled up to 30 days prior to the scheduled beginning of the service there are no cancellation costs.
· for a reservation cancelled from 29 to 15 days prior to the beginning date of the service 70% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
· for a reservation cancelled from 14to 0 days prior to the beginning date of the service 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
· If the Passenger does not arrive to the destination or cancels the service of the accommodation after it began, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
*For every cancelled accommodation reservation, the Agency charges a fee of 25 Euro for handling expenses except for situations described under the first section of these cancellation terms.
For cancellation of villas, the cancellation charges are as follows:
– for a reservation cancelled up to 45 days prior to the beginning date of the service there are no cancellation costs.
– for a reservation cancelled from 44 to 30 days prior to the beginning date of the service 70% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
– for a reservation cancelled from 29 to 0 days prior to the beginning date of the service 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
5. Travel insurance
The cost of the trip does not include the travel insurance “package”: insurance against accidents and illnesses that may occur during the trip, damage or loss of luggage or voluntary health insurance. If the Passenger requests additional insurance, arrangements can be made directly with the insurance company.
Each Passenger is responsible for lost, damaged and/or stolen property left unsupervised. The Agency is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen luggage, nor for stolen luggage or valuables kept in the accommodation unit (renting a safe box if possible, or buying an insurance package which would include luggage insurance is recommended). Lost or stolen luggage is to be reported to the accommodation service provider or to the relevant police station.
12. The Agency’s right to changes and cancellations
Reserved accommodation unit can only be changed with prior notification to the Passenger. Alternative accommodation unit needs to be the same or higher category. The price cannot be higher than the price the Passenger confirmed through the reservation.
The Agency cannot be held responsible for climate conditions, cleanliness, and the temperature of the sea, nor for other similar situations and events which can result in the dissatisfaction of Passengers and are not a direct result of the accommodation unit (for example, bad weather, improperly maintained beaches, crowds, lost or stolen property and such).
