1Trogir, the town of happy moments will obviously make you lucky! You are travelling on the most romantic tour you can imagine, on the place where the sunset is breath-taking!
Our sunset cruise starts by sailing towards the sundown and beautiful village Maslinica on the island Šolta. On the way you can enjoy the view of many small islands scattered by the sea. Take a glimpse at 7 small uninhabited islands situated in front of Maslinica village.
With its fabulous archipelago Maslinica is one of the most beautiful places on the Adriatic. The biggest islet is called Stipanska, and you might even see the remains of an early Christian church built in the 5th-6th century. Before the sunset, you will have a chance to refresh yourself in crystal clear water, so go for a swim and explore the harmony of colors and scents of sea.
The prettiest moments of the sunset we will catch from the boat… prepare your cameras and get in the mood…
2After the sunset we will visit Maslinica, awarded as the best Authentic Coastal Destination in 2017!
Maslinica was founded in 1703 when the noble Marchi family built the church of St. Nicholas and a castle with defensive towers to defend the settlement against frequent attacks by Turks and pirates.
With the renovation of the castle and the construction of nautical marinas, this small, once fishing village, has slowly turned into a tourist and nautical center of the island. The 300-year-old castle is now a refurbished heritage hotel with a beautiful restaurant.
The symbol of the island is the owl bird, so don´t be surprised when you see a souvenir in owl shape! Šolta is also known for carob, carob schnapps but also for olives, after which Maslinica got its name.
The name Maslinica in Croatian means small olive tree.
You can take a walk, enjoy a romantic dinner, glass of wine and buy some local souvenirs…
We are heading back at around 11 pm.
Have fun and enjoy!
