But tomorrow may rain, so I’ll follow the sun.
Three pearls of our islands in just one day… The first one is the amazing Golden Horn beach with tempting city of Bol which will enchant you with its modesty. Another incredible island is Hvar with its unique combination of magnificent Mediterranean nature, rich cultural and historical heritage. After that we come to an intact peace of paradise, a stunning archipelago of about 20 fantastic islands, named Pakleni islands.
Stop your wanderlust and find out more…
1After an hour of pleasant ride with our speed boat, our first relaxing moments of this trip begin with sightseeing of the town Bol on the island Brač.
Bol mysteriously preserves the tradition of the oldest settlement on Brač. See the beauties of the Dominican convent from the 15th century and unforgettable promenades through the pine forest.
Still, the most important natural attraction on the Adriatic Sea is the fabulous Golden Horn beach, which stretches for half a kilometer into the sea clarity.
Make sure you remember the image of the beach, because next time when you see it, the shape of the top is not going to face the same direction.
The influence of the wind and the gentle sea current are changing the shape of the beach constantly… an invaluable sight!
2The next location we are going to explore, is the town on the island Hvar, the sunniest island on the Adriatic. In town Hvar you can meet an amazing combination of magnificent Mediterranean nature, rich cultural and historical heritage.
We arrive in Hvar at lunch time and our skippers are more than willing to recommend good places where you can have a meal.
After lunch there are just some of numerous things you can explore: a beautiful waterfront, endless promenades, a historical theatre, the cathedral and the square of St. Stephen.
St. Stephen’s cathedral is one of the trademarks of Hvar and St. Stephens’s Square, called Pjaca, is the largest town square in Dalmatia. Originally, this was a deep cove and the sea reached to the very entrance of where the Cathedral stands today.
The Arsenal is the most recognizable buildings in Hvar, built in the 16th century.
It was originally used for Venetian ships and on the first floor there was the oldest communal theatre in Europe.
Today the outstanding old theater is something you can´t miss.
You can hike 20 minutes up the hill to meet the symbol of the city; old fortress named Fortica, from where you can enjoy stunning view on the city and the Pakleni islands.
3Some time for refreshment waits for you on Pakleni islands, a group of about 20 islets and cliffs that stretch in front of the town of Hvar.
It´s an oasis of untouched beaches, nature and turquoise clear sea. We will take you to some of these hidden paradise beaches where you can indulge the charms of true hedonism.
A day to wish for!
